Lake St. Peter PP is located approx 10 minutes north of the small quaint town of Maynooth, Ontario in the Hastings County district. This small yet well kept park is nestled among cottages that dot Lake St. Peter. There are 65 campsites, with a few handfuls of them being hydro sites. The comfort station is located in the middle of the campground easily accessible from all camp sites, and was nice and clean. The garbage/recycling disposal is also located beside the comfort station. The water filling station and dump station are located across from the park office. The beach area was a decent size and looked to be an enjoyable area during the warmer swimming months. Lake St. Peter is a nice decent size cottager lake that can accommodate canoes and kayaks up to your smaller motorboat and jet skis. Everyone there over the May long weekend was very quiet and friendly. We would recommend this park and will definitely return sometime in the future.
